Valerie’s life has been anyhing but boring. She’s been a rodeo rider, a ballerina, an academic decathlete, and a trumpet player. Had massive back surgery at seventeen, trained a bomb dog, traveled Europe, and bred mice.

But through it all TWO things have never changed, she loves to write and Christ is her Savior. That’s what Valerie brings to the written pages of her stories, an unique perspective, spiritual wisdom, and a journey to capture your heart, mind, and soul.

Valerie wants her readers to Cherish the Journey, for the destination is a landmark, but it’s the journey that defines us.
