A color adventure picture book by Xochitl Dixon, which explores the beauty and joy of the color brown.

I love what Xochitl Dixon is doing with this book.
Wonderfully, Marvelously, Brown follows a character through his day looking for Wonderfully Marvelous things that are brown just like him.
The rhyming words don't just focus on what the color brown is, but what the word brown can mean.

These are words used throughout the book to help redefine stereotypes and connotations that have become a stumbling block for our culture. Children of all colors are represented well throughout the book, including children with visible and invisible disabilities.
Just like Xochitl Dixon did in her book, What Color is God's Love, she is breaking down perceptions of color and showing children that every color is beautiful and meaningful because God made them all just like he made them. With purpose and love.
